1. Identify your superpower
Think of what only you can do, think of what abilities that make you unique and make you a total badass to change this life for the better.

2. Help those that are defeated or that need your help (have a cause you stand for)
Stand up for others. Being a superhero is about taking on responsibility for the people you care for and those in your community. When you see someone that is broken or needs assistance, reach out and help them.

3. Turn your troubled past into an origin story
Superheroes always have a past riddled with misfortune, but they use those difficulties as a way to propel forward. Their troubles fuel their identity and they turn them into personal fortitude, into a call of action to save others.

4. Become as physically and mentally strong as you can
Workout, eat healthy, get physically fit. Level up your will power, your resolve. Do what you say you’re going to do. Get strong where you can take on anything that comes your way.

5. Have integrity, be bold, and face your fears
Superheroes set out into the world with bravery and have a firm grasp of character. It’s not the lack of fear but the ability to rise above those fears and do what needs to be done. Fight for what’s right, never give up, or let yourself be permanently defeated.
